Start with clean grill. Do not mix flavors from a dirty grill, other flavors creeping into your food will spoil. The best time is to clean your grill after use. Keep the juices by searing together, make sure the meat cooking at a high temperature is not continuous. After searing each side, turn down your grill to medium. This will Ensure that your meat is full of flavor and tenderness.

After cooking the food, dont use the the plate Which had raw meat on. You may get ill if this happens.Thurs not handle cooked meat with the same utensils that you used when it was raw.So make sure you dont prod meat to much. Poking holes in meat will cause the juice inside to leak out into the bottom of the grill. This really changes flavor and taste, but it can effect your grilling surface.
