Returning from the Arctic Scientist report That the level and concentration of methane (a green house gas) escaping from melting perma-frost is so high That you-can literally hold your arm out over the Effected area and start the air on fire with a cigarette lighter .We Need to Consider Other contingencies in addition to severe abatement efforts.IMG_2502
