Now my initial reaction of this product was terrible, but I never felt better being wrong in my life. The first hookah from this supplier came and the entire top of the base was all chipped! I was very upset and sent an email to the supplier. After a few days of emailing back and forth, he apologized for the trouble and send me a brand new hookah to replace it and told me to keep the other one for parts! I am very satisfied with this new hookah, now that it isnt all chipped. It smokes great and the flavors are great!

I received my hookah within a very short amount of time. It was packaged very well and all parts were accounted for. Not much to say other than it’s a good quality hookah and the shisha is very, very nice. I recommend buy a different charcoals for it because the ones provided do not light very well.

did not recieve the beamer card or tin and the hookah hose connection came apart in the first smoke which required fixing not as durable as i thought the hydro shisha is great though
